静电纺聚丙烯腈/β-环糊精纳米纤维的制备及形貌 被引量:1

摘要 采用静电纺丝法制备聚丙烯腈/β-环糊精(PAN/β-CD)纳米纤维,通过扫描电镜对其形态进行表征,并对纤维直径进行测量统计.考察了PAN质量分数、β-CD含量、溶液流速和纺丝电压这4个因素对PAN/β-CD纳米纤维的形态及直径的影响.实验结果表明:当PAN的质量分数为10%,β-CD含量(相对于PAN)为60%,溶液流速为1.0mL/h,纺丝电压为22kV时,PAN/β-CD纳米纤维的形貌最佳. β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) functionalized polyacrylonitrile(PAN) nano-fibers(PAN/β-CD) were prepared by electrospinning technique, characterized by observing morphology with the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The diameter of the fibers were measured and analyzed. The effects of the PAN concentration, the ratio of the β-CD to PAN content, the solution flow rate as well as the spinning voltage on the shape and diameters of the PAN/β-CD nano-fibers were studied. Results showed that when the PAN concentration, the ratio of the β-CD to PAN content, the flow rate of spinning solution and the spinning voltage are 10%, 60%, 1.0 mL/h and 22 kV, respectively, the optimum morphology of PAN/β-CD nano-fibers are achieved.
