前列地尔联合肾炎康复片对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、炎症因子及血液流变学的影响

Influence of alprostadil combined nephritis rehabilitation tablets on the renal function, inflammatory factors, and hemorheology in patients with early diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨前列地尔联合肾炎康复片对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、炎症因子及血液流变学的影响。方法将248例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,每组124例。对照组给予前列地尔,观察组在对照组基础上加用肾炎康复片。治疗前后检测2组肾功能指标(24 h UP、SCr、BUN)、炎性因子(IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1)、血液流变学指标(HBV、LBV、PV、TK、PF)的水平,并观察2组疗效。结果治疗后2组24 h UP、SCr、BUN水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组HBV、LBV、PV、TK、PF水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为87.9%,显著高于对照组的70.2%(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合肾炎康复片可有效保护早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能,改善血液流变学,降低炎症反应,治疗效果确切。

Objective To investigate the influence of alprostadil combined nephritis rehabilitation tablets on the renal function, inflammatory factors, and hemorheology in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Totally 248 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups（124 in each group）. Patients in the control group were given alprostadil, while patients in the observation group were given nephritis rehabilitation tablets in addition to alprostadil. Before and after the treatment, the renal function（24 h UP, SCr, and BUN）, the inflammatory factors（IL- 6, TNF-α and TGF-β1）, and the hemorheology（HBV, LBV, PV, TK, and PF） levels in the 2 groups were measured, and the efficacy of both groups was observed. Results After the treatment, the 24 h UP, SCr, and BUN levels in both groups were significantly reduced（P 〈0.05）, which in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The IL-6, TNF-α, and TGF-β1 levels of both groups were significantly reduced（P 〈0.05）, which in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The HBV, LBV, PV, TK, and PF levels of both groups were significantly reduced（P 〈0.05）, which in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%, which in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（70.2%）（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil combined nephritis rehabilitation tablets can effectively protect the renal function, improve the hemorheology, and reduce the inflammatory responses.
