摘要
从水体状况、季节、温度以及湿球纱布结冰、积雪和道路结冰等方面,分析、探讨漏记或多记结冰现象的原因,并提出结冰现象的观测方法。
The reasons of omission or redundant record of icing phenomenon were analyzed and discussed from the status of water,season,temperature,wet bulb gauze ice,snow and icy roads,etc. The observation methods of icing phenomenon were put forward.
