我国乡镇农产品质量安全监管机构建设研究 被引量:11

摘要 乡镇农产品质量安全监管机构是从源头上对农产品质量和安全进行控制的主要力量。我国乡镇农产品质量监管机构在建设思路、职能定位、管理体制、运行机制、推进速度等方面取得了重大进展,但仍存在人员数量素质、设施设备、机制体制等不完善的问题。针对乡镇农产品质量安全监管机构存在的问题,提出了对策,包括加强组织领导,加快机构建设;完善体制机制,提高运行效率;统筹规划,加强机构整合。 Township institution of agricultural products quality and safety inspection and test is the main power to control the quality and safety of agricultural products in China. Significant progress was made in institution building in China,such as the way of construction,function orientation,management system,operation mechanism,advance speed,etc. Still,there were some problems in the personnel quality,facilities and equipment,mechanism and system. According to the problems existed in township institution of agricultural products quality and safety inspection and test,suggestions were proposed,including strengthening management,accelerate the construction of institutions,improving the system mechanisms and operation efficiency,strengthening overall planning and institutional integration.
