As one of the six major measures in the Chinese standardization reform, the Self-declaration and Disclosure System of Enterprise Product and Service Standards （System for short） will be established to replace the filing system of government on enterprise products standards and put in place the main responsibilities of enterprises in accordance with the requirements of streamlining administration, power decentralization and stimulating the market vitality proposed by the State Council.
