如何正确理解和准确把握新时期标准化工作的基本要求“改革创新、协同推进、科学管理、服务发展”？田世宏：这十六个字是2015年到2020年标准化改革发展的基本要求。作为动力之源，“改革创新”是当前标准化工作的头等大事。只有改革，才有出路；只有改革，才能发展，所以改革是第一位的。改革的同时要创新，创新是标准化的本质，也是标准化事业发展的不竭动力。没有创新，固步自封，标准化事业就得不到发展。
