Hoisting molten metal crane is widely used in metallurgical industry, belonging to the special equipment with highly dangerous. The design and manufacture rationality is about the safety of hoisting machinery. This paper introduces classification of the hoisting molten metal crane and the regulations of safety technical specification and standard, focuses on the analysis of the design, manufacture and noticeable problems of such equipment, and put forward reasonable suggestions.
