基于层次分析法的特种设备监检任务评价研究

摘要 针对特种设备监检工作量判定方法不合理的问题,提出了一种基于层次分析法的任务评价策略。利用其量化关系明确、层次结构简单、系统分析科学的特点,结合特种设备监检任务流程,构建层次结构模型,并给出了相应算法,确定了任务评价主要影响因素的权重值,进一步研究了几种典型产品监检任务评价过程,得出了比较合理的评价结果,有利于提高特种设备监检工作的公平性和积极性,对特种设备安全风险的控制具有积极意义。 Aiming at the unreasonable evaluation of the special equipment supervision and inspection work, a mission evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed. According to the characteristics of clear quantitative relationship simple structure and science of systematic analysis, and combining with the mission lfow, the layer structure model is established. Through analyzing the corresponding algorithm, the weights of the main inlfuence factors of the mission evaluation is given. In further research on the process of evaluation of several typical products inspection work, the ifnal evaluation results is considered more reasonable, which show that the method can help to improve the fairness and the enthusiasm of special equipment supervision and inspection work, and to provide the positive signiifcance of special equipment safety risk control.
