术后病人突发精神障碍的研究进展

Research progress on sudden mental disorders in postoperative patients

从术后突发精神障碍的流行病学特点、临床表现、术后精神障碍的判定、发病机制及预防护理等方面综述了术后病人突发精神障碍的研究进展。指出护士作为与病人接触最多的人群,了解术后精神障碍的特点、学会判定术后精神障碍的方法及术前有效的干预可降低术后突发精神障碍发生率,对于病人的预后十分重要。

Research progress of postoperative patients with sudden mental disorders were reviewed from the epi‐demiological characteristics ,clinical manifestation ,judgment of postoperative mental disorders ,pathogenesis and prevention and nursing and so on .It pointed out that nurses as the ones having the most contact with patients , understanding of the features of postoperative mental disorders ,learning methods of judging the postoperative mental disorders and effective preoperative intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative sudden mental disorders .And it is very important for the prognosis of patients .
