摘要
目的:探讨非清髓造血干细胞移植患者的心理特点及护理措施。方法:运用预见性心理干预护理方法,分析42例非清髓异基因造血干细胞移植患者在治疗各阶段出现的心理问题,并进行相应的心理干预护理。结果:采用预见性心理干预护理方法后,无一例患者因心理问题引发严重不良后果,均顺利完成非清髓造血干细胞移植。结论:良好的心理干预护理有助于非清髓造血干细胞移植顺利实施。
Objective：To investigate psychological characteristics and nursing interventions in patients receiving nonmyeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （NST）. Methods：Analysis of 42 patients with NST in patients with the use of methods in the treament of psychological care different stages of psychological problems,and make the appropriate psychological care. Results： All petients had received NST with no serious psychological complications. Conclusion：The effective psychological care is useful to NST.
