浅析新版等级医院评审标准中医学装备质量管理

Research on new standards for the quality of medical equipment management in grade hospital accreditation

目的:围绕新一轮等级医院评审标准,采取一系列切实有效措施,不断提高医学装备质量和安全管理,优化临床服务。方法:发挥医院医学装备委员会的作用,加强医学装备培训工作,建立应急调配机制,加强档案规范化管理,注重软件信息化建设。结果:医院装备管理质量持续改进,医学装备购置、培训、使用、应急调配以及档案管理规范有效。结论:医院应以《标准细则》为抓手,细化医学装备管理、充分运用管理工具,注重医院整体质量与安全管理工作,以此促进管理不断创新。

Objective：Based on the new standards for grade accreditation, a series of effective measures should be taken to enhance the quality of medical equipment and safety management, and improve clinical service continuously. Methods： The Committee on medical equipment should bring it into full play, strengthen training of medical equipment and normalized management of archives, establish the deployment mechanism of stringency, and pay attention to the construction of software information. Results： Continuous quality improvement of medical equipment management such as purchase, training, usage, stringency deployment and management of archives should be normal and effective. Conclusion： The hospital should be based on the＂standard＂,refine medical equipment management, make full use of management tools, lay stress on the whole hospital quality and safety management work, so as to promote the management of innovation, and to enhance the effectiveness of management to sustainable.
