增强CT检查中患者不良反应的临床护理干预对比研究

目的:分析增强CT检查时患者出现不良反应的基本因素,并实施护理干预措施,降低不良反应发生率,增加CT检查的效果。方法:随机将464例进行CT检查的患者分为观察组和对照组,每组232例。观察组患者检查全程给予增强CT检查的专科护理干预措施,对照组患者例采用常规检查护理。观察比较两组患者注射对比剂后不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组发生不良反应9例,发生率为3.4%;对照组发生不良反应27例,发生率为11.2%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=0.843,P<0.05)。结论:对增强CT检查患者实施有效的专科护理干预措施,可有效缓解增强检查CT患者的焦虑情绪,降低注射对比剂后不良反应的发生概率。

Objective：Enhanced CT examination patients were retrospectively analyzed the basic factors of adverse reactions, and the implementation of nursing intervention measures, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, increasing the effect of the CT examination. Methods：Randomly divide 464 cases of CT examination of patients into two groups：experimental group 232 cases, in the inspection, all the patients with give enhanced CT examination of specialist nursing intervention measures;Control group 232 cases, USES the routine nursing care. Compare two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions after injection of contrast medium. Results：Eight group adverse reactions, the rate of 3.4%;The control group, adverse reactions of 26 cases of rate of 11.2%. Comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （x2=0.843, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Implement effective in patients with enhanced CT examination of college nursing intervention measures, can effectively alleviate the anxiety of CT were examined by enhanced, reduced after injection of contrast medium enhancement CT in patients with the occurrence of adverse reactions.
