川陕苏区红军新兵教育与训练工作述略

The Education and Training of Recruits from Red Army in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area

川陕苏区时期,在军队数量急剧增加和战事频仍的历史环境下,红四方面军非常重视新兵训练工作,并且摸索出了一整套专门针对新兵教育和训练的方法,有力地提高了新兵的政治、军事素质,增强了军队的战斗力,为红四方面军和川陕苏区的发展与壮大作出了重大贡献,也为中国人民军队的政治教育和军事训练积累了宝贵的经验。

In the period of Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet, the dramatically increasing quantity of recruits and the frequent wars required that Red Army No. 4 pay attention to the training of new recruits and find out a set of solutions to the education and training, which made a great contribution to the development of Red Army No. 4 and Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area with the improvement of recruits＇ quality in politic and military and with the strengthening of fighting force. This accumulated valuable experience for the political education and military training of China＇s People＇s Liberation Army.
