摘要
大学治理是以治理理念为价值取向的各利益相关者平等参与、协商合作、共同经营大学的机制、方法和活动。通过对大学治理现代化的内涵、重要意义及大学治理的历史演进的研究,对大学治理现代化提出一些建议,有利于推动大学治理现代化的进程。
The university governance refers to a governance-oriented mechanism, method and event in which all stakeholders equally participate, cooperate and operate. This paper puts forward some suggestions for modern university governance through the study of the connotation of modern tmiversity governance, the important significance and the historical evolution of university governance, which helps promote the modernization of university governance.
