摘要
中美两国由于国情和文化等方面存在一定差异,因此在教育惩戒方面也有各自不同的特色。从政策、观念、可操作性和公正性四个方面,对中美两国中小学教师惩戒权作了比较分析,提出了一些思考和建议。
The punishment for education inChina and America is different because of the different national conditions and culture. Accordingly, the punishment fights of teachers in primary or middle schools are different, which is specified into policy, concept, operability and fairness.
