微波蒸压技术快速养护加气混凝土砌块试验研究

摘要 为了加速养护加气混凝土砌块,将微波技术应用到传统的蒸压养护工艺中,设计和制作了小型微波蒸压釜,并采用试验釜开展了一系列的试验研究。研究结果表明,当微波加热时间在20min,恒温时间4-4.5h,恒温温度180-190℃,降温时间1h,加气混凝土强度满足出釜强度3.0MPa、密度等级683-813kg/m3的质量控制要求。 In order to eure aerated concrete block quieklyr microwave was applied to the conditional autoclave curing. A small microwave autoclave was designed and made, anti a series of experimental studies were conducted with small mierowave autoclave. The results show that when the mierowave heating time is 20rain, the eonstant time is 4--4.5h, the constant temperature is 180-190℃, and the cooling time is lh, the strength of aerated conerete block can meet the quality control requirements that tile strellgth of aerated concrete out of the autoelave is 3.0MPa, and the density rank is in the range of 683-813kg/ms.
