蜂巢芯空腹楼盖的关键施工技术及经济性分析

摘要 蜂巢芯空腹楼盖是近年来新开发的现浇混凝土空心楼盖内模形式,具有减轻结构自重、降低层高、降低综合造价、缩短施工工期、提高隔音隔热性能等特点。施工难点分析表明,这种新型楼盖技术的关键施工技术是芯模的抗位移和抗破损,并提出了控制措施。定性的效益分析和定量的指标分析均表明,蜂巢芯空腹楼盖比传统梁板楼盖和密肋楼盖有着明显的经济性优势。 The technology of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor filled with honeycombed cores developed in recent years has many advantages such as reduce weight, storey height and cost, shorten the construction period, and improve the perfonnance of sound and heat insulation. Construction difficulties analysis shows that, the key construction technology of this new floor technology is the core molds resistance to displacement and damage resistance, and some effective control measures are put forward. Qualitative analysis of benefit and indexes of quantitative analysis show that, compared with the traditional beam-slab floor and multi ribbed slab, the honeycombed core hollow floor has obvious advantage of economic.
