城乡结合部宅基地房屋拆迁中农民财产权益保障问题探析——基于A市的调查研究

在我国城市化快速发展的大背景下,农村宅基地房屋的拆迁工作正在各地火热的进行当中。而对于拆迁过程中农民财产权益保障问题一直是农民自身关注的也是学术界研究的焦点。在拆迁补偿的这一做法上,传统的补偿方法是新建的房屋补偿,但是对于补偿标准以及各地的实际情况农民们往往处于被动的地位。该文以A市为例,以实地调研为基础,探究分析农民财产权益得不到保障的原因,并提出根据具体情况实施多种补偿方式并存的措施,确保农民财产权益不受侵害,维护社会公平稳定。

Under the background of rapid urbanization in China,the rural housing land around the house demolition work is hot in progress. For the demolition in the process of farmers＂ property rights security has been the farmer＇s attention is the focus of academic research. On the compensation of the practice ,the traditional compensation method is the new building to compensate, but for around compensation standard and the actual situation of the farmers are often in a passive position. In A city and countryside integration of homestead housing units as an example, analyzed the farmers＂ property rights and interests of the demolition process involves specific problems and then from the characteristics of land and compensation standard and regional characteristic angle analysis causes of the problems in the final again in combination with the practical situation of professional knowledge, and in view of the problems put forward rational suggestions and comments.
