摘要
该文简述了遵义医学院开设食品质量与安全专业的优势及劣势,并就如何把该专业建设成具有医学特色的专业提出了解决途径和方案。主要包括:变优势为特色;领导重视,增加投入;重视实践教学环节的设计等。
In this paper,the advantage and disadvantage of food quality and safety specialty in Zunyi Medical College were discussed. And put forward some solutions and schemes to our major ,which including the features construction, increasing investment, teaching practice base constructions, etc.
