法治的民生价值及其实现

A Research on the Value of People's Livelihood and Its Achievable Path of the Rule of Law

我国当代社会的民生概念蕴含的民生价值包括人的尊严的维护,社会的公平、正义,民众拥有各种权利,全体社会成员的和谐共生与发展等方面。民生价值的实现需要法治予以保障,因为从法治的内涵、法治实施的要求、法治实施的方式等方面看,法治蕴含着民生价值。不仅如此,法治还可以提供民生价值实现的权利保障和秩序保障,为民生价值的实现提供可能性,法治如果能够加强与民生事业相关法律的立法、执法、司法,加强与民生事业相关法律的普法宣传与守法教育,那么,法治的民生价值则会得到较为有效的实现。

China＇s contemporary social people＇s livelihood concept contains the value including the human＇s dignity and maintenance, social equity and justice, people＇s all kinds of rights, coexistence and development of all members of the society harmony and so on. Because the rule of law contains the value of people＇s livelihood from the connotation, the implementation requirements, the implementation method of the rule of law, the people＇s livelihood value realization needs the rule of law to guarantee. Moreover, the rule of law can also provide the livelihood of the realization of the value of the protection of the rights and ensuring order, providing the possibility for the realization of the value of people＇s livelihood. If we can strengthen the rule of law related to people＇s livelihood of legislation, law enforcement and judicature, strengthen the legal publicity and education related to people＇s livelihood of law-abiding law, so the rule of the people＇s livelihood value will be realized more effective.
