摘要
鲜红斑痣是最常见的血管畸形之一,影响容貌,常给患者带来严重的社会心理障碍。尽管激光技术的发展给鲜红斑痣的治疗带来了一些希望,但当前仍没有理想的治愈鲜红斑痣的方法。光动力治疗已经被成功应用于肿瘤性疾病及非肿瘤性疾病的治疗。初步研究显示血管靶向的光动力治疗对鲜红斑痣有一定疗效。其原理是通过光敏剂、氧和光源三要素的作用产生单线态氧,对血管组织产生选择性破坏作用,从而达到治疗目的。在我国,经过临床医生及科学研究者的长期探索和研究,该技术已经被成功应用于鲜红斑痣的治疗。大量基础研究及临床研究显示光动力治疗鲜红斑痣具有肯定的疗效,且安全性较好。
Port-wine stains (PWS) are one of the most common vascular malformation, and often cause social-psycho problems for the patients. Despite all advance in laser technologies, there is still no cure for this modality. Photodynamic therapy has been applied to malignant and non-malignant diseases. And vascular targeting photodynamic therapy has shown promising efficacy for PWS. This technology can be conducted to selectively destroy the vascular structures in the dermis via generation of singlet oxygen. In China, photodynamic therapy has been successfully applied in management of PWS. The efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy has been explored and evaluated in many basic researches and clinical studies.
