光动力治疗甲周疣10例临床疗效观察

摘要 目的 探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗甲周疣的疗效与安全性。方法 对入选的10例甲周疣患者经5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,随访3个月后进行临床疗效评价。结果 入选患者经3~5次光动力治疗,平均3.5次,所有皮损均得到清除,且无明显不良反应。3个月后随访,仅1个皮损复发。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗甲周疣疗效好,安全可靠。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinie acid photodynamic in treatment of periungual wart.Methods Ten cases of periungual wart were treated with ALA-PDT. Clinical effects were evaluated after 3 months of follow-up.Results After treatment for 3 to 5 times, 3.5 times on average, all patients'lesions were cured with no adverse reactions. Having been followed up for 3 months, one lesions had recurrence.Conclusion ALA-PDT is safe and effectivein treatment of periungual wart.
