独立学院课堂教学管理存在的问题及对策的若干思考

课堂管理是教学管理的基础,是提高人才培养质量必不可少的关键因素。课堂教学效果的好坏直接影响到教师的教学进度安排,以及整个学院的教学质量,对于正处于转型阶段的独立学院,教学质量的好坏直接影响到独立学院的生存与发展。本文分析了独立学院课堂教学管理中存在的主要问题,结合独立学院的实际情况,就如何提高课堂教学质量,如何改善课堂教学效果提出了建议与对策。

Classroom management is the basis of the teaching management,is the key to improve the quality of personnel traning is indispensable and important link. The effect of classroom teaching quality directly affect the teaching schedules.teaching quality.and the entire college for independent college is in a transition phase ,the teaching quality dierctly affect the survival and development of the independent college.
