摘要
职前培养和职后培训一体化是未来教育发展的必然趋势,而高校在这个过程中起着无可替代的作用。本文从高校在职前培养和职后培训中应该承担的职责进行了研究,为职前职后一体化的真正实现提出了有效的方法。
Colleges and universities will play an important part in the integration of pre and post service which is the tendency of education development in the future. This paper analyzes the duty of colleges and universities in pre- service and post-service teacher education, putting forward the effective method to realize the integration of pre and post service education.
