通过分析当前的时代背景与发展趋势,根据企业软件服务外包人才的需要,提出了在大数据环境下,重视职业能力和实践技能的软件服务外包人才的培养目标及培养模式。
Through the analysis of the background and the current development trend, according to the needs of enterprise software service outsourcing talents, the author puts forward service outsourcing talent training mode in the big data environment, pay attention to training target occupation ability and practical skill of software.
