安徽中小企业法律风险防范机制研究

On the Legal Risk Prevention Mechanism of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Anhui Province

安徽省中小企业,由于法律意识淡薄、专业人员缺乏、管理制度缺失、具体行为失范等原因,造成意识、制度、措施以及环境方面面临着企业法律风险问题,阻碍或限制其健康发展。通过建立法律风险预警制度、引入重大决策法律咨询制度等,健全法律事务管理体系、服务体系,从事前、事中、事后三个环节构建完整的中小企业法律风险防范机制。

Due to lack of legal consciousness ,professionals ,management system and so on ,the small and medium‐sized enterprises in Anhui province are faced with enterprise legal risks in terms of consciousness , system , measures and environment , w hich lead to limiting or hindering their healthy development . Building a complete legal risk prevention mechanism needs to pay attention to the whole process by perfecting the system of legal risk early warning ,legal consultation of major decisions ,legal affairs management and service system .
