摘要
开放高校馆藏档案,是为社会提供高效优质服务和实现高校档案社会价值的有效途径。为此,各高校根据自身情况,通过各种方式开放馆藏资源,增强高校档案信息的利用价值,提高高校档案在经济社会发展进程中的利用率。
Open university archives is an effective way to provide efficient service and to realize the social value of university archives. Therefore, based on each university＇s specific circumstances, each university should open archives through a variety of ways to improve the value and the utilization of university archives in the process of economic and social development.
