中职青年教师企业实践是职业学校培养"双师型"教师的重要途径,但是企业实践涉及学校、企业和教师多方,在企业实践过程中存在着保障措施不完善、岗位设置不合适等问题。分析了教师企业实践的意义、存在的问题及原因以及如何克服倦怠、打破瓶颈,提升企业实践的实效性。

Secondary vocational young teachers＇ enterprise practice is an important way for double-qualified teachers＇ training. Enterprise practice involves colleges, enterprisesand teachers. In the enterprise practice, there are some problems. This paper analyzes the significance of enterprise practice, problems, causesand how to overcome tiredness, so as to improve the effectiveness of enter- prise practice.
