学生管理工作是高职院校生存和发展的基础,学生管理的质量直接影响着高职人才的培养。随着国家职业教育的发展,高职学生管理工作面临着新的挑战,对此应该优化学生管理工作体制、加强学生管理工作队伍建设、推动辅导员队伍的专业化发展,探索出解决高职学生管理的新路径。

Student management work is the basis of the survival and development in higher vocational colleges. The quality of student management work has a direct impact on the cultivation of higher vocational talents. With the development of the national vocational education, higher vocational student management work faces new challenges. Higher vocational colleges should optimize student management work system, strengthen construction of student management work team, promote professional develop- ment of counselors, so as to explore a new path to deal with the higher vocational students management work.
