选择同一瓶型不同原料、不同瓶型相同原料的包装容器样品展开耐环境应力开裂测试并对数据进行分析比较。从未通过测试样品的开裂位置、截面区壁厚分布、瓶型曲率分析中看出包装容器原材料、壁厚分布、瓶型对测试结果的影响,为企业选择原材料及瓶型评估提供参考依据。

Environmental Stress Crack Resistance （ESCR） has been tested on samples of packaging container based on the same bottle with different materials and the same material with different bottles. Reliable basis for enterprises selecting raw materials and evaluating the bottle type can be got by the test result that the impact analysis of the raw material of packaging container, the wall thickness distribution and the type of bottle on the crack position.
