中医药综合干预对AIDS抗病毒治疗病人生存率的影响 被引量:13

Effects of TCM comprehensive intervention on mortality of AIDS patients treated with cART in Henan province

摘要 目的了解中医药治疗对艾滋病(AIDS)联合抗反转录病毒治疗(Combine antiretroviral therapy,cART)病人的生存率及其影响。方法收集河南省2004年纳入中医药救治项目地区的、在2003年10月至2004年10月开始进行抗病毒治疗的病人,在2004年10月到2012年10月的相关死亡信息,应用Cox比例风险模型分析影响其死亡的因素。结果纳入分析的AIDS病人共896例,中医药+cART组病人521例,其中AIDS相关死亡101例,死亡密度为2.85/100人年。cART组病人375例,其中AIDS相关死亡101例,死亡密度为4.10/100人年,高于中医药+cART组(P<0.05)。多因素Cox比例风险模型分析结果显示,cART组病人的死亡风险是中医药+cART病人的1.85倍(P<0.05);男性、年龄大、CD+4T淋巴细胞计数低均是AIDS病人死亡的危险因素。结论中医药综合干预有可能降低AIDS抗病毒治疗病人的死亡率。 Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) comprehensive intervention on mortality of AIDS patients treated with combined antiretroviral therapy (cART) in Henan province. Methods AIDS patients taken cART from October 2003 to October 2004 in the area where some patients enrolled in national TCM HIV treatment trial program were included in this study. Related information about death of the patients collected from October 2004 to October 2012, and the risk factors for deaths analysis by Cox proportional hazard model. Results A total of 896 patients were enrolled in this study, including 521 in TCM+cART group, 101 AIDS- relative deaths, with overall mortality rate 2.85/100 person-years. Among 375 patients in cART group, 101 AIDS- relative deaths, with overall mortality rate 4.10/100 person-years, which higher than former (P〈0.05). Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis showed that the risk of death in cART group was 1.85 times as that in the TCM+cART group. The male, older age, widowed, lower CD4 cell counts were also the risk factors of death. Conclusion TCM comprehensive intervention could reduce mortality of AIDS patients treated with cART.
