本文介绍一种基于ARM AT91SAM9G45的最小硬件系统。AT91SAM9G45是一款ARM嵌入式工业级处理器,支持用于程序和数据存储的DDR以及NAND闪存接口。最小硬件系统采用ARM AT91SAM9G45处理器,低功耗的LPDDR作为内存,外挂一片NOR FLASH和一片NAND FLASH作为硬盘。根据客户需求,在最小硬件系统的基础上可配置各种功能组合的嵌入式主板,已广泛应用在各种电子产品中。

This paper introduces a minimum hardware system based on ARM AT91SAM9G45. AT91SAM9G45 is an ARM embedded industrial processor, which supports program and data storage DDR and NAND flash memory interface. The minimum hardware system adopts ARM AT91SAM9G45 processor, low-power LPDDR as a memory, a plugin NOR FLASH and a NAND FLASH as a hard disk. According to customer requirements, the minimum hardware system configurable functions on the basis of the combination of the embedded motherboard, has been widely used in various electronic products.
