从糖尿病听力损失的发生机制看内耳微循环的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 近年来听力损失的发病率有显著增加趋势,其中绝大多数为感音神经性耳聋。引起感音神经性聋的原因很多,内耳微环境紊乱是其中一个不能忽视的病因和可能的机制。由于高血糖可引起微循环障碍和微环境紊乱,本文以糖尿病为切入点,对糖尿病导致听力损伤的病理特征和内耳微环境障碍的发生机制进行研究和文献分析,以期为感音神经性耳聋的预防和治疗提供参考。 In recent years, the incidence of hearing loss is increasing significantly with the vast majority being sensorineural in nature. There are many causes for sensorineural hearing loss, the inner ear microenvironment disorders is one of them and high blood sugar is an important factor in the inner ear microenvironment disorder. In order to study the microenvironment changes of the inner ear on hearing, we review the pathological features of diabetes deafness and mechanism of diabetes microenvironment obstacles. This will provide the guidance for the prevention and treatment of hearing loss.
