3D FLASH序列与常规高场MRI对膝关节软骨损伤的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨3D FLASH序列与常规高场MRI对膝关节软骨损伤的诊断价值。方法:抽取在我院行膝关节镜检查并诊断为软骨损伤的患者44例,将其3D FLASH序列及MRI检查结果与关节镜结果进行对比。结果:与关节镜结果比较,3D FLASH序列的敏感度为98.7%,特异度为92.3%,假阳性率7.0%,假阴性率1.3%;常规MRI检查的敏感度为96.6%,特异度为91.5%,假阳性率8.5%,假阴性率3.4%。将44例患者的软骨损伤分为5个组进行MRI与关节镜分级的比较,3D FLASH序列的一致性kappa值为0.811,常规MRI的一致性kappa值为0.609。结论:3D FLASH序列较常规MRI诊断软骨损伤的灵敏度及特异度均较高,根据损伤面积及程度分级后,3D FLASH序列能更准确地评价软骨损伤的程度。
