传统与改良睑板腺疏通方法治疗睑板腺功能障碍的比较

Comparison between traditional and modified meibomian gland dredging methods treating meibomian gland dysfunction

目的:观察比较改良睑板腺疏通与传统的棉棒、玻璃棒睑板腺疏通方法治疗睑板腺功能障碍的临床效果和实用性。方法:选择就诊于我科门诊的睑板腺功能障碍患者72例,随机分为3组各24例,分别采用棉棒睑板腺疏通、玻璃棒睑板腺疏通以及改良睑板腺疏通方法治疗,所有患者均进行相关的健康教育及指导,对3种疏通方法所用时间及实用性进行比较。结果:改良组治疗所用时间与另两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3种疏通方法中,只有改良睑板腺疏通方法患者可能学会并在家自行疏通。结论:改良睑板腺疏通方法疏通用时短,不需表面麻醉,操作简便,如患者掌握了正确的方法后可自行疏通,值得推广。

Objective： To observe three commonly used meibomian gland dredging methods such as modified meibomian gland dredging, cotton swab and glass rod dredging methods for treating meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods： 72 cases of patients with meibomian divided into three groups, 24 cases in each. gland dysfunction from our ophthalmology clinic were randomly They were given cotton swab dredging, glass rod dredging and modified meibomian gland dredging respectively. All patients were involved in health education and guidance. The time used and practicability were compared among the three methods. Results： The time used in the modified group was significantly less （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Only modified meibomian gland dredging patients may learn and dredge themselves at home. Conclusion： Modified meibomian gland dredging, finished in a short time, without anesthesia, easy to operate, is a way worthy promoting if patients can master the correct way to dredge themselves.
