低频脉冲电疗法联合帕罗西汀对抑郁症伴焦虑的疗效和患者生活质量评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of low frequency pulse therapy combined with paroxetine and quality of life of patients with anxious depression

目的:就低频脉冲电疗法联合帕罗西汀对抑郁症伴焦虑的疗效以及对患者生活质量的影响进行评价。方法:将44例抑郁症伴焦虑患者随机分为实验组和对照组各22例。对照组单独使用帕罗西汀进行治疗,实验组予等剂量帕罗西汀同时使用低频脉冲电疗,两组均观察8周。在治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6、8周末评价患者临床疗效、不良反应情况以及生活质量。结果:两组患者总有效率,治疗后第2、4、6周末的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,第1、2、4周末的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组治疗8周后的生活质量较治疗前有显著提高(P<0.05),而两组副反应量表(TESS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电疗法联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴焦虑显效速度快,在早期对抑郁症伴焦虑患者的焦虑情绪即有显著改善,此外出现副反应几率较低,可有效提升患者的生活质量。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of low frequency pulse therapy combined with paroxetine and quality of life（QOL） of patients with anxious depression. Methods： 44 cases of patients with anxious depression were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 22 cases in each group. The controls were purely treated with paroxetine. The patients in the experimental group were treated with low frequency pulse therapy combined with paroxetine. Observation lasted eight weeks. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and QOL before and at the end of 1,2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after the treatment were detected. Results： The clinical efficacy,the HAMD scores at the end of 2,4,6 weeks after treatment and the HAMA scores at the end of 1, 2, 4 weeks after treatment of the two groups were significantly different（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The QOL of experimental group after 8-weeks of treatment was significantly improved compared to that before treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ）. While the TESS scores of the two groups were not significantly different（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. the treatment of anxious depression works fast in the early time. Also the adverse reactions Conclusion： The low frequency pulse therapy combined with paroxetine in , and significantly improves the anxiety of patients with anxious depression occurs rarely and can effectively enhance the QOL of patients.
