“反恐”背景下的中国警务模式新趋向

The New Trend in Chinese Policing Mode under the Background of ＂Counter-Terrorism＂

随着针对平民的恐怖袭击在我国不断猖獗，“反恐”已然成为了新时期公安工作的重要任务。然而，过去的传统警务工作模式已经无法应对复杂多变的反恐形势。圆此，只有在分析我国传统警务模式与当前警务模式新要求的基础之上，结合美国反恐警务模式改革经验，才能提出我国未来的警务模式：即在结构上向多部门联合发展，在战略上向多警务模式融合发展。在机制上向全面信息共享发展，努力适应“反恐”任务的新需求。

With the terrorist attacks against civilians continue being rampant in China, ＂counter-terrorism＂ has become an important task of public security work in the new period. However, the traditional policing mode is unable to deal with the complicated and changing situation of counter-terrorism. Therefore, only by analysis of traditional policing model in China and the new requirements of the current policing mode, combined with American counter-terrorism policing mode reform experience, can we put forward China＇s future policing mode：in structure toward a multi-sector joint development, in strategy toward to multi-policing mode fusion development, in mechanism toward the development of comprehensive information sharing, so as to adapt to the new demand on counter-terrorism tasks.
