摘要
硫醇类化合物作为一类重要的有机中间体,在医药、农药以及化工领域广泛应用.文章介绍了多种硫醇合成方法,同时报道一种以溴代物和硫氢化钠为反应原料,一步法高产率制得硫醇的新方法,进一步合成出9个重要的硫醚类化合物.并通过核磁和质谱确定硫醇和硫醚的结构.
Thiols as a kind of important organic intermediates, are widely used in medicine, pesticide and chemical engi- neering field. This paper introduced some synthetic methods of thiols and reported a new one step synthesis of thiols in high yield, by hydrocarbon bromide and sulfur sodium hydride as reaction raw materials. To study the application of mereaptan, nine important sulfides were designed and prepared. All the synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS.
