Synthesis and Properties of1-(Pyrene-1-yl)-2-(benzothiazole-2-yl)ethylene

摘要 1-芘甲醛与2-甲基苯并噻唑在50%Na OH溶液的催化下,微波辐射反应5 min,缩合得产物1-(芘-1-基)-2-(苯并噻唑-2-基)乙烯,通过核磁、红外、质谱和元素分析对其结构进行表征,测定了紫外光谱,同时通过热重曲线分析了热稳定性.结果表明,目标产物熔点大于200℃,热稳定性好,分子中推拉电子结构的大π共轭体系符合非线性光学性质表现要求,可作为潜在非线性光学材料得到应用. Under microwave irradiation for 5 minutes, 1-pyrenecarboxaldehyde and 2-methylbenzothiazole in 50%NaOH aqueous solution were condensed to produce 1-(pyrene-l-yl)-2-(benzothiazole-2-yl)ethylene. The structure of the product was eharacterised by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis and then the UV spectra of the product were measured. Mean- while, the thermal stability of the product was also tested and analysized through the thermogrametric curves. The results show that the melting point of the target product is higher than 200℃ and has good thermal stability. The large π-conjugation system in the pruduct molecular with the structure of both pushing electronics and pulling electronics structure can meet the requirement of nonlinear optical properties. Therefore, the target product can be used as a potential nonlinear optical material.
