基于熵值法的建设用地集约节约利用评价及空间分析——以福建省泉州市为例

Evaluation of Construction Iand Intensive Economical Use Based on Entropy Weight Method and Spatial Analysis—Case Study of Quanzhou city in Fujian Province

以福建省泉州市2009—2011年土地利用变更数据及相关统计年鉴资料为研究基础,从区域空间的视角构建了建设用地集约节约利用的指标体系,将熵值法与综合法相结合,对泉州市8个县(市、辖区)建设用地的利用进行评价,并分析出建设用地集约节约利用水平的空间差异特征和影响因素,为未来泉州市建设用地的高效、合理利用和新型城镇化建设提供相关参考.

Basig on changed land data and related to the Statistical Yearbook from 2009 to 2011 of Quanzhou city in Fuji- an province. The author evaluated the construction land use of districts in Quanzhou City through the formation of index sys- tem of construction land Intense economical use, comoinry of the combination of entropy weight and comprehensive evalua- tion methods, analyze the differences between spatial characteristics and influence factors of construction land and intensive utilization level of savings, providry reference for the efficient and rational use of urbanization and new construction land in the future to promote the rapid, coordinated development of Quanzhou city.
