With the strategic target of the International Tourist Island putting forward, Hainan is gradually attracting the fo- cus of the world. Because of its unique geographical advantage and the climate of long summer and no winter, the domestic yachting has developed in a large scale in Halnan since years ago. This requires to make use of unique market impact and considerable economic interests of yachting to promote diversified economic development and to achieve the construction goal of the International Tourist Island based on its regional advantage.
