运动会排行榜的局限与中国体育政绩评价的改革思路

Limitation of Ranking List in Sporting Events and Reform of Evaluating Achievements in Sport Management

中国体育遭遇前所未有的困难,也面临着空前的改革机遇。全面深化改革的要求、中央巡视组对国家体育总局的整改压力、国际奥委会《奥林匹克2020议程》为代表的全球体育治理态势,促使中国体育的政绩评价必须进行深刻变革。促进各类体育有机对接、科学评价地方体育业绩、建立运动项目的科学评价标准、将赛事效益纳入专项评价是今后中国体育政绩评价的改革方向。

The Chinese sports are faced with unprecedented challenges and reform. The way of evaluating China＇s sport achievements should be profoundly changed according to the requirements of comprehensive reform of the country, the needs for retification of General Administration of Sport from the Central Leading Group for Inspection Work, the global governance tendency specified in IOC Olympic Agenda 2020. There should be tighter links of different sporting events and sports activities, scientific evaluation of sporting achievements of the local governments and sporting events. Sports games should be evaluated separately.
