摘要
艺术院系的师生关系与其他院系存在诸多差异,他们之间的互动体现为更多的同质性特点。因此,从同质性互动的视角去理解高校艺术院系和谐师生关系的构建,不仅有利于准确把握互动主体的差异性特点和主体行动的源动力,而且有利于改善影响他们和谐交往的环境,为艺术院系师生和谐关系的构建提供借鉴和参考。当前高等教育内外环境中存在一些影响师生和谐关系的因素,需要从政策、教育方式和教育主体上进行系统的改革才能有效疏解矛盾,提升互动的有效性,营造艺术院系健康、稳定的关系氛围。
Compared with other departments, the department of arts has its distinct features with respect to the relationship between teachers and students, and the intercourse mainly reflects homogeneity. This paper aims to study the ways to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students of arts, from the perspective of homogeneity-based intercourse. It investigates the differences between the interactive agents, explores the origin or motivation underlying agentive activities, and discusses the factors that are likely to negatively affect the harmony between teachers and students within the current system of higher education. It is expected that this study can provide helpful advice and guidance on how to build up a healthy and harmonious atmosphere in the department of arts, through reforms in policy, the methodology of teaching and the subject of education.
