摘要
科技人才是影响一个地区经济发展的关键因素,作为京津冀协同发展的重要方面,河北省十分重视人才的引进,然而人才引进之后的待遇、环境、满意度状况却较少被关注。在追踪调研了河北省11个城市、4种类型组织中的147名科技引进人才基础上,对这些人才被引进之后的待遇、工作环境、政策落实和工作满意度状况进行了实证分析,探究了影响引进人才工作满意度的因素,并提出了相应的管理建议。
The Science-Technology Talent is a key factor that affects a region's economic development. As an important pole of the "Beijing--Tianjin--Hebei collaborative development", Hebei province atta- ches great importance to the introduction of talents. However, the job pays, conditions and the satisfac- tion of Science-Technology talents after they were introduced were paid less attention. Based on the sta- tistical analysis of a sample of 147 Science-Technology talents from 11 cities and organizations in 4 types in Hebei province,this paper analyzes the job pays, conditions, implementation of the policies and the job satisfaction status of Science-Technology Talent after the introduction and explores the determinants of job satisfaction for them. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward advice about the management and relevant policy establishment.
