摘要
为提高聚丙烯腈碳纤维原丝干喷湿法喷头的稳定性,从空气层高度、温度、湿度、空气流动状态等角度,综合分析了空气层对喷头稳定性的影响。通过试验,确定了各干扰因素的控制范围,为控制喷头稳定性,提供了重要的理论和试验数据基础。
To improve the nozzle stability of dry-wet spun polyacrylonitrile precursor fibers, the effect of airlayer height, temperature, humidity and air flowing state on the nozzle stability were analyzed. The controlrange of the interference factors was determined. It was provided a theoretical basis for increasing the nozzlestability.
