简要介绍了工业机器人的发展历史和基本构成,重点介绍了涤纶长丝自动落筒系统的组成,自动落筒的工作流程,相关机器人的参数和操作流程。工业机器人首次在涤纶长丝生产中得到应用,起到了"机器换人"的目的,实现了化纤成套生产线自动化与智能物流化的结合。
The development history of industrial robots and its basic composition are briefly introduced. Thecomposition of automatic doffing system of polyester filament, automatic doffing work process, parametersand operation processes related to robot are mainly introduced. Industrial robots are first used in the polyester filament production, play a role of ‘machine replace people＇purpose, realize the combination of automation and intelligent logistics in chemical fiber production line sets.
