摘要
介绍了国内外涡轮增压行业发展现状以及主要生产厂家,分析了我国在汽车涡轮增压器发展中遇到的机遇和挑战。随着发动机性能的不断强化和废气排放温度的升高,汽车增压器对涡壳和涡轮材料的高温强度、热疲劳、抗氧化等性能的要求也越来越高,随之材料的更新换代速度势必也将越来越快。
This paper mainly introduced the development of the turbo industry at home and abroad, and major domestic manufactures; moreover, the opportunities and challenges encountered in the automotive turbochargers development were described and analyzed here. As the performance of the engine is constantly strengthened and the exhaust temperature in- creasingly reaches higher, the requirements for the properties of high temperature strength, thermal fatigue, oxidation properties will be higher in volute and turbine materials. Conse- quently, the replacement and update rate of materials will also be getting faster.
