摘要
麻醉深度监测仪的诞生使量化脑电信息变为可能,对监测麻醉深度水平,指导术中用药剂量,降低麻醉风险有重大意义。熵指数仍然是近年来研究的热点,其优点是反应快,抗干扰能力强,可以同时反映皮层及皮层下的脑电信号,有监测镇静和镇痛的能力。在临床应用中发现,熵指数也会受到药物等外界因素的影响,本文就熵指数在麻醉深度监测中的临床应用简要综述。
Anesthesia depth monitor make quantification of brain information possible,there is great significance for monitoring the depth of anesthesia level,guiding the dose of general anesthetics in operation,and reducing the risk of anesthesia. Entropy index is still a research hotspot in recent years,it has some advantages as follows: quick response,strong anti- interference ability,both cortical and subcortical electrical signal of brain can be reflected,and it has the ability to monitor the sedation and analgesia. Entropy index can also be affected by drugs and other external factors in the clinical application,this article reviews the clinical application of entropy index in monitoring the depth of anesthesia.
