体验式教学效果评价与优化研究——基于SBM-DEA模型的实证分析 被引量:5

摘要 结合山东省财经类高校税收管理课程的体验式教学实践,突破旧有的以成绩、就业等教学产出评价教学效果的局限,从教学投入管理方面研究教学改革的绩效,在掌握体验式教学的内在运行规律和特征基础上构建评价指标体系,利用DEA分析方法及其扩展SBM模型,探索体验式教学效果的有效评价和优化对策.分析认为:教具和情景设置等体验模拟方面的投入、教师在体验教学中的引导和参与等对教学效果影响显著;体验式教学存在时间累积性;教学大纲和教师能力投入在教学效果评价中影响不大.提出了相应的优化建议. Based on the experiential teaching practice of the tax management courses in financial and economic universities in Shandong Province, teaching effect evaluation based on such traditional factors as academic performance, employment rate, etc is abolished and more attention is attached to the per- formance of teaching reform from the perspective of teaching input management. Based on the knowl- edge of inherent operation pattern and features of experiential teaching, evaluation index system is con- structed and effective evaluation and optimization solutions of experiential teaching is explored by the use of DEA methodology and SBM model. According to the analysis, input in teaching aids, situation set- ting, teachers' guide and participation in experiential teaching has a prominent effect on the teaching effect. Temporal accumulation exists in experiential teaching. Teaching syllabus and teachers' ability in- put don't have a great impact on teaching effect evaluation. Finally, related optimization solutions are put forward.
