摘要
水基提取沥青过程中,影响沥青回收率的因素很多,主要包括温度、油砂表面润湿性、鼓入气泡、粘土、二价金属离子、助剂和沥青表面的天然表面活性剂,各影响因素的作用机理不同。原子力显微镜胶体探针技术能从机理上解释水基提取沥青过程中各微粒间的作用方式,最终指导优化油砂水基分离的工艺条件,提高沥青回收效率。
There are many factors in bitumen extraction process.The waterbased extraction processes controlled by temperature, oil wettability,bitumen aeration,clays,divalent metal ions, additives and natural surfactants, and the mechanism of the influence factors are dif ferent.Atomic force microscope (AFM) colloid probe technique can explain the interactions among particles in the water extract bitumen from the mechanism, ultimate goal be to guide the optimization process conditions of separation of bitumen and silica in waterbased, then improve the recovery of the bitumen.
